The SHDP Team presented to the Board of the National Transmission Commission (Transco) the results of the corporation’s Customer Satisfaction Survey for 2016 last January 30, 2017. Alan Cajes, SHDP managing director, shared the findings and recommendations, with the assistance of Diane Paola Bool, the project manager. The Customer Satisfaction Survey, a tool developed by the Academy’s Center for Governance, is an online listening mechanism for customers of government-owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs). The Governance Commission requires the GOCCs to meet a certain level of customer satisfaction as one of the requirements for the approval of their perfomance-based bonus (PBB).
